The data were collected via an online survey using Qualtrics software between October 2020 and March 2021, and contributed to a research study for part fulfilment of a doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology. The data was analysed using SPSS software, version 27. The data are provided as SPSS and Excel files. In the Excel file, comments have been added to the column headings to indicate how the data are scored.
