Skie Hewitt

I completed an MSci in Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, followed by an MSc in Clinical Neuroscience at University College London. Before starting clinical training, I gained experience across voluntary and community settings, as well as in the NHS, where I worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a Clinical Health Psychology service. In this split role, I worked in a Staff Psychology service and on an ICU Psychology service research project. My clinical and research interests include health psychology, and the psychological impact of healthcare systems and social inequalities. I am passionate about equality, diversity, and inclusion within clinical psychology and beyond. Outside of training, I am a member of the Disabled Leader's Network at the Global Disability Innovation Hub, and I volunteer on the England Campaigns Advisory Board for Guide Dogs UK.
