I completed my undergraduate degree in Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford. I went on to study for a Master's in Mental Health Studies at King's College London, whilst working as an Honorary Assistant Psychologist in a psychiatric in-patient unit. After this, I worked as an Assistant Psychologist in a secure children's home in Sussex. My work included co-facilitating DBT groups for the young people, and psycho-educational groups for staff.
During my first year of training, I will be on placement in an IAPT service and in an Older Adults service. Other interests include health psychology, particularly psychology for spinal injuries.
