I am a current trainee (2025-2028) on the course, based in the Berkshire region. My first placement will be with Older Adults split between East Berkshire Psychological Medicine (EBPM) and a Memory Clinic.
Prior to training I worked for Beat Eating Disorders providing guided self-help for a range of disordered eating presentations; as an Assistant Psychologist working with adults/older adults with LTCs and associated anxiety/depression; and as a research assistant on the Wirral & Bangalore Child Health and Development Project.
My current research interests include: perinatal mental health, disordered eating, and improving access to psychological support
