Matt enjoys being involved in projects to better understand and improve the wellbeing of NHS staff. He is a founder member of the Surgical Psychology and Performance Group, a multidisciplinary group focusing on research into the psychosocial factors involved in surgical performance and ways of improving the wellbeing of surgeons in UK.
