Nicole Jones

Nicole Jones is a Clinical Psychologist and BABCP-accredited CBT therapist. After qualifying as a Clinical Psychologist from Royal Holloway, University of London in 2010, she completed a diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) at the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience (IoPPN).

Since qualifying, Nicole has primarily worked in adult and older adult mental health services. During her time at a talking therapies service, Nicole developed a special interest in working with older adults. She gained further experience in an Older Adult Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) before returning to a Talking Therapies Service as the Older Adult Lead, where she focused on improving access to psychological therapies for older people.

More recently, Nicole worked as Head of Wellbeing at Lady Margeret Hall, University of Oxford, a role which focused on supporting student welfare and promoting mental health and wellbeing across the college.

Nicole joined the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research as a Course Tutor in January 2025. She also continues to work clinically with adults in a small private practice.
