I completed an undergraduate degree at the University of Exeter and a psychology conversion course at Cardiff University. Prior to training, I worked as an assistant psychologist in a residential college for young adults with learning disabilities and autism, then within physical health services for older adults and the Welsh Neuropsychiatry Service. I am broadly interested in supporting with adjustment to diagnoses of physical health conditions and neurodegenerative diseases, parenting and attachment interventions, the links between early life relational trauma and mental and physical health difficulties, and various aspects of working with people with learning disabilities.
