I’m a first year Trainee with the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology Training and Research (2024-2027). Prior to training, I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with Professional Placement at King’s College London. Here I was a Research Worker with the ESTRA Study, exploring the underpinning mechanisms contributing to and maintaining eating disorders. Following my undergraduate studies, I worked as an assistant psychologist in eating disorder services, including a novel tier 4 stepped care service. My interests include eating disorders, complex trauma, and further understanding maintaining factors of distress. I’m looking forward to exploring different therapeutic modalities and developing my clinical skillset across a range of patient groups.
