I am currently a Trainee Clinical Psychologist at the University of Oxford (2025-2028). Prior to training, I worked as an Assistant Psychologist within the Berkshire Traumatic Stress Service and the Birth in Mind Service. I also worked as a Research Assistant within The Oxford Psychological Interventions for Children and Adolescents (TOPIC) Research Group in the Departments of Experimental Psychology and Psychiatry.
My clinical and research interests include anxiety disorders, trauma, adolescent mental health, perinatal mental health, compassion-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions.
