Jagmit Jagdev

I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist in the 2025–2028 cohort. I completed both my BSc in Psychology, Clinical Psychology and Mental Health, and my MSc in Clinical Psychology at Royal Holloway, University of London, where I developed strong research skills through my work examining executive functions, visual processing, and trauma.

Before starting training, I gained a broad range of clinical experience across adult inpatient, day-patient, outpatient, and CAMHS services. I began working as a Healthcare Assistant in adult inpatient settings before moving into an Assistant Psychologist role, later progressing to a Senior Assistant Psychologist position in CAMHS supporting young people with complex mental health presentations. Across these roles, I primarily drew on CBT and third-wave CBT approaches to guide my clinical practice.

My research interests include neuropsychological functioning, men’s mental health, and the use of technology in mental health services.
