I am a first year Trainee Clinical Psychologist. My first placement is within Clinical Health Psychology at the Pelvic Pain service, John Radcliffe Hospital.
Prior to clinical training, I worked as a Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner in a busy and diverse West Sussex IAPT service. Within this role, I completed patient-centred assessments and delivered low-intensity CBT-based interventions for adults experiencing mild-to-moderate anxiety and depression. Previous to this, I completed a Masters in Applied Clinical Psychology at the University of Bath in which I gained research experience in the area of social-emotional processing in autistic adults.
I am particularly interested in trauma and perinatal mental health and am looking forward to gaining experience across different settings and with varied patient groups on placement.
