I am a Trainee Clinical Psychologist studying at the Oxford Institute of Clinical Psychology in the 2025 – 2028 cohort. Prior to training, I completed my BSc (Hons) in Psychology at the University of Warwick and worked as an Assistant Psychologist across working age adult and older adult inpatient services. My personal, clinical, and research experiences have strengthened my commitment in working towards making psychological therapies more accessible and effective for people from diverse ethnic and cultural backgrounds. I am especially drawn to the ways culture, religion, and spirituality shape who we are, and my interests lie in exploring how these elements can be honoured and integrated within therapeutic approaches.
